I am an educator, instructional designer, and storyteller passionate about community building, social justice, and well-being. I enjoy art and design that is compelling and instructive. Instructional Designers are trained professionals that offer skills and insight few others can. We work through systems thinking and plan strategically on both large and small scales. We use a variety of tools to help people meet their goals and outcomes.

I was born into an oral storytelling tradition. I find joy in the exchange of ideas and experiences. Yes, I write in a variety of genres and I am a strong public speaker. But for me, those are pieces of a larger art form, a deeper practice.
