I love an opportunity to design learning for adults that is creative and fun. I designed and facilitated this community vision boarding session as part of Black Girls Create’s annual Kuumba Kickback digital convention. I created tools for reflection and a Canva vision boarding template that participants used to create their own creative goals for the upcoming year. The session balanced both independent reflection/work time and community building.
